The total number of coronavirus cases rose to 5,119, with 773 cases reported in the last 24 hours, and 32 new deaths were reported, taking the toll to 149. As many as 402 patients have recovered, said Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Health Ministry. He stated that testing capacity for Covid-19 is being increased in all the states and union territories. State governments were told to act tough on black marketers, he mentioned. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be holding a video conference with CMs to take a decision on lockdown.
