Asaduddin Owaisi controversial tweet on PM Modi 9 minutes Light Diya
HYDERABAD: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi hit out at Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi for his concept of switching off the lights on 5th April at 9 PM and stand on the balconies with holding candles for 9 minutes. Reacting to PM Modi's speech, Asaduddin Owaisi took to Twitter and tweeted as "This country is not an event management company. The people of India are humans who too have dreams & hopes. Don’t reduce our lives to gimmicks of 9 mins, @PMOIndia. We wanted to know what aid states will get & what relief the poor will receive Instead we got some new drama. He also tweeted as "This tube-light idea was truly unique. As lakhs of hungry, poor & homeless migrants across India WALK to their homes, I've to ask: where is the light @PMOIndia? I know you only want #positivevibes & don’t want us to raise some issues but WHERE is the light?". In another tweet, he mentioned as "Your lawyers in SC say that 1/3rd of these migrants may be carrying the infection while your Health Ministry says there is no proof of community transmission in India Where is the light,
@PMOIndia. Asaduddin Owaisi tweeted as "An unplanned lockdown has meant more & more suffering to the poorest. You have left them to the charity of rich & the limited economic abilities of states. When CMs ask you for financial relief, you ask them to switch off their light". Click the video for more information.
