Railway coaches turn into isolation wards in AP as Covid cases rise
Following the rising cases of corona in Andhra Pradesh, the state government has been converting the railway coaches into isolation wards. Vijayawada railway division officials have converted the forty railway coaches into isolation wards. There will be over 700 beds in the railway coaches. Reports suggest that there will be 18 beds in nine cabins of each coach. There will be no middle berths, and the changes are made in the bathrooms, suiting the comfort of the patients. There will be an arrangement of the two oxygen cylinders beside each berth.
