Ayush Ministry releases guidelines to avoid Corona
Prevention is better than cure; it is well known. The Ayush Ministry has followed this concept and recently released some guidelines to improve health as well as immunity amid coronavirus threat. The ministry has suggested people drink warm water throughout the day. It has encouraged people to practise Pranayam and meditation for at least 30 minutes. The Ayush ministry has recommended the use of certain food ingredients to make it a habit to avoid corona. It suggested using Turmeric(Haldi), Cumin(Jeera), Coriander(Dhania) and Garlic(Lahsun) in cooking. PM Modi has shared Ayush Ministry protocol to stay fit.
