To put an end to all this news, Dr Kiranamai said interesting facts about the foods to take during the Coronavirus pandemic. Speaking to the media, Dr Kiranmai said that people should keep themselves hydrated and asked to drink plenty of lukewarm water and can add turmeric, Tulsi leaves. One can drink coconut water, barley water, Ragi and asked to limit tea and coffee. She asked to take multi-vitamin tablets and everyone should be exposed to the sun at least 10 minutes a day. Dr Kiranmai added that the body needs more proteins which are available in chicken, fish, egg and asked not to eat semi-cooked food.
