Former Congress MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar has said that police personnel were showing excessive aggressiveness in handling the coronavirus lockdown situation. He asked police to stop behaving rudely with people. Arun Kumar said some youngsters will break the rules. The police should seize their vehicles and ask them tomorrow to collect the keys, he advised, instead of thrashing them. It is not a law and order breakdown situation but it is a self-imposed curfew, he stated. Vundavalli mentioned that police are handling coronavirus lockdown as a law and order breakdown situation.
