NALGONDA: Tension escalated at Andhra Pradesh and Telangana border after some motorists pelted stones over AP police after they denied entry into the state. According to the sources, the number of travellers from Hyderabad thronged to Andhra-Telangana border at Vadapalli Check Post, Nalgonda to reach their native places in Andhra Pradesh by placing a fence between the borders. Irked over police behaviour, travellers pelted stones over AP police and followed them nearly one km. Ripples created after some police and travellers injured severely. Later, police took the situations under control after lathi charge. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh government asked every citizen of the state who is staying outside to stay at that place only until lockdown completes. It is learnt that the students and employees who entered into the AP need to undergo medical tests and to be quarantined for 14 days. Click the video for more information.
