Moratorium on EMI, credit card payments for 6 months go viral on social media - Tv5

A large section of people is demanding the Central government to impose moratorium on EMI, credit card payments for 6 months because the coronavirus outbreak has impacted India’s economy. According to reports, employees, vendors and small-time traders, who took loans from banks, are affected with the lockdown call given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 21 days. They are making an appeal to the RBI and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to give exemption on EMI payments and credit card bills for six months. The plea on moratorium is going viral on social media.
