Beware, six months jail for violation of lockdown in AP - Sakshi

The AP government issued orders for imposing complete lockdown from 8 pm to next day 6 am. Orders were issued as per The Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897. If anyone found violating orders then they may attract six months jail. In a high-level meeting, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has instructed concerned officials to allow only one person in a family to come out of their houses only to purchase essential commodities and medicines that too within the distance of 2 km only.
