AP High Court Adjourned Hearing On Decentralization, CRDA Bills - ABN

Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday has adjourned the hearings on petitions filed by the farmers and others against the AP Decentralization and equal development of all the regions and the repeal of CRDA Bills in the AP Legislative Assembly to March 30. Advocate Lakshmi Narayana while speaking to media said five important issues pertaining to 26 cases have been placed before the High Court bench. The advocate said the issue of shifting of some of the offices has already been covered so that issue has not been discussed today. He said the arguments on the Bills pertaining to CRDA and Decentralization have been made and added that the court has accepted the five write petitions against it and adjourned to March 30.
