Sat, Feb 22, 2020, 12:06 PM
The Legislative Assembly of Karnataka has passed a resolution for shifting nine important government offices from Bengaluru to North Karnataka, according to Prof K Nageshwar. He stated that the purpose of shifting is taking offices close to people. Nageshwar mentioned that the BJP leadership at the Centre is not against capital and development decentralisation even though setting up capital and shifting of offices is a state subject. The BJP government’s move in Karnataka will give a boost to the YSRCP leadership in Andhra Pradesh.
