Woman who raised pro-Pak slogans in Bengaluru sent to judicial custody
A young woman, who raised pro-Pakistan slogans at a rally against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) organised in Bengaluru on Thursday, was sent to 14 days judicial custody. The woman, identified as Amulya, raised "Pakistan Zindabad" slogan in the presence of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, who denounced her action and asserted "we are for India.” Soon Owaisi rushed to snatch the mike from her hands and was joined by others, who tried to remove her from the stage. Owaisi distanced himself and the party from the woman. A case was registered against the woman and was charged with sedition.
