The J&K government has agreed to allocate the land to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam(TTD) to construct Tirupati's Lord Venkateswara Temple in Jammu. The TTD has also been permitted to build a Vedic school and a hospital in two years. The J&K government has announced to allocate 100 acres for this purpose. The government has identified seven places for the construction of the Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple. TTD team has visited Jammu to take stock of the situation. In other states also, TTD got a green signal to construct Lord Venkateswara Temples.
