Aircraft found flying over Tirumala rises concern
An aircraft has violated the no-fly zone when it was seen repeatedly flying over the holy city of Tirumala Hill Shrine in the last two days. The aircraft flying over the sanctum sanctorum of the Tirumala shrine has been giving anxious moments to devotees. The vigilance department of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has raised concerns about it and lodged a formal complaint with the Air Traffic Control (ATC) at Chennai. It is learned that a flight of Survey of India (SoI) was making rounds over Tirumala hills as part of a survey report in the Rayalaseema region. The same flight is also learned to be flying over the Chittoor district.
