Jagan approaches Telangana HC for exemption from personal appearance in CBI - Etv

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy approached Telangana High Court challenging CBI special court order denying his exemption on personal appearances in the court in illegal assets and money laundering case. According to the sources, YS Jagan mentioned in the petition that he is not able to attend the court on every Friday over constitutional responsibilities and financial burden over the state exchequer. It is learnt that Jagan requested the High Court to cancel the orders of CBI court and permit his lawyer to court proceedings on every Friday. For more information watch the video.
