President Donald Trump's administration has imposed new 'birth tourism' visa rules for pregnant women. It has come to the light of the US administration that women travel to the United States to give birth so their children can have a coveted US passport. Keeping this in mind, the US has come out with new visa rules that aimed at restricting 'birth tourism'. According to the new rules in the Federal Register, the applicants will be denied tourist visas if they come to US-primarily to give birth. Trump's administration has also made it clear that people visiting the US with medical needs will be treated like other foreigners and must prove they have the money to pay for it including transportation and living expenses.
