Decentralization Bill and the repeal of CRDA bills, which were passed in the Assembly, have been debated before the bench in the High Court on January 22. The Advocate General who argued on behalf of the government has said to the court that the bill has been tabled in the legislative council for discussion. The High Court has then adjourned the hearing for tomorrow on Thursday. On the other hand, Sudhakar, the lawyer of the petitioner, speaking to a media channel, said the two bills were challenged in the court and it was adjourned tomorrow. Reacting to a case of section 144 and act 30, the lawyer said the hearing for this case has been adjourned to February 3 following Advocate General asking time to submit the counter-report.
