After a series of adjournments in the council, the 'Decentralisation' Bill has come for discussion in the AP Council. TDP members have been given time of 56 minutes as they are more in the council. YSRCP members were given time of 18 minutes, BJP of 4 minutes and the like. It is a well-known fact that TDP will not support it in the council. If the Bill is rejected, the same will be moved to state assembly once again. After discussion in the state assembly, once again, it will be sent to the council. The passage of the bill in the council is not mandatory, it is learned. The state government can go ahead by treating it as `Deemed to Be Passed’ even if it is rejected by the TDP in the council.
