Woman gives birth on road in Telangana, ANM, 108 fails to help

ADILABAD: Even after the world turning towards globalisation and introducing high-end medical facilities but still some places in Telangana facing severe problems with lack of proper hospitals. Now, the news is that a tribal woman gave birth to a baby boy on the road. The shocking incident took place at Sirikonda, Adilabad. According to the sources, a pregnant woman identified as Radha Bai, a resident of Vaipet experienced severe labour pains on Monday afternoon. Family members informed the matter to ANM and 108 ambulance service but failed to help her. It is learnt that the woman delivered a baby boy on a road while on the way to a hospital in a private vehicle. Later, she was shifted to nearby PHC. Villagers demanding to take action against the staff who refused to send ambulance after saying no diesel in it. For more information watch the video.
