Amit Shah Response On Vijay Sai Reddy Letter To Appoint CBI JD Unassociated With AP
YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy in his letter dated December 30, 2019, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi has requested him to appoint an officer from any other state, other than of Andhra Pradesh, with no political connections as JD, CBI at Hyderabad. The copy has also been forwarded to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and RK Shukla, CBI, Director New Delhi. In the letter, YSRCP MP has alleged that TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu during his tenure as CM of AP, has allegedly amassed enormous wealth misusing power and position. Vijaysai Reddy has sought immediate intervention and urged to appoint an efficient, effective officer not hailing from the state of Andhra Pradesh as JD, CBI at Hyderabad. It is alleged that Chandrababu Naidu is trying his best to ensure that an official who will save him from cases is brought as JD-CBI at Hyderabad.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has acknowledged the receipt of the letter stating that the letter will be forwarded to the concerned ministry.
