Chandrababu calls for ‘sacrifices’ to save Amaravati as capital
TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu gave a call to the people of the State to unite for opposing the YSRCP government’s decision to shift capital from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam. He expressed his anger over the police for their highhandedness on farmers of Amaravati. Addressing a rally, the TDP chief asked as to why 3 capitals needed for Andhra Pradesh with only 13 districts. Earlier, Chandrababu has organised a padayatra from Morampudi Junction to Kotipalli bus stand in Rajahmundry and begged for donations to protect Amaravati as capital.
