CBI Special Court Adjourns CM Jagan's DA Case To January 17
The CBI special court which has been investigating the AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy's disproportionate assets case has adjourned the case to January 17. YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy, former minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, and others have also attended the court proceedings. On of the lawyers associated with the case said there were arguments over the petition to hear all the discharge petitions in a combine.
CM Jagan has sought the exemption from appearing the court in person in Enforcement Directorate case, it is well known.
