Supreme Court verdict on internet restrictions in Kashmir, is part of fundamental rights
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court of India ordered the Jammu and Kashmir government to review on all the restrictive orders in Union Territory and asked to restore the Internet services. According to the sources, the SC said that the right to the internet is also a part of the fundamental rights of the citizens and asked the government to lift the ban on the Internet in the state. SC asked the government to review all the restrictive orders within seven days. SC said that it is against the constitution imposing a ban on internet.
