HYDERABAD: Tension flared up at Mahesh Babu upcoming movie 'Sarlileru Nekevvaru' promotional event on Wednesday. The incident took place at Aluminium Factory in Gachibowli Hyderabad. It is said that the Ak entertainments authorities conducting a photoshoot event for Telugu fans with Mahesh Babu. After Mahesh Babu reached the venue, the intensity of the crowd increased rapidly and jumped out of barricades. Due to excess pushing and shoving, several fans of Mahesh Babu got injured and two leg fractures also recorded. Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu and other team left the venue.
