Don't arrest flyover accident accused: High Court - 10 Tv

HYDERABAD: Telangana High Court on Thursday directed the Cyberabad police not to take any action on K. Krishna Milan Rao, the accused in Biodiversity flyover accident case. Court asked the police how they filed a case under section 304(2) and asked police not to arrest Mr Rao till 3 January 2020. Mr Rao mentioned in the petition that he was driving at 40 kmph and the faulty design of the flyover caused the accident. Mr Rao drove the car on the newly opened flyover and lost control, fell off the flyover. A woman was killed and six people were injured. For more information please watch the video.
