CM Jagan’s reply over ration rice controversy in Assembly - Tv9

Giving reply over the controversy on rice being distributed through ration shops in the Assembly, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said beneficiaries used to sell rice to ration shop dealers in the TDP rule as it was not suitable to consume. The chief minister stated that he promised to supply quality rice to people once the YSRCP comes to power. The supply of quality rice has been taken up as a pilot project in Srikakulam district, he said, adding quality rice will be supplied to beneficiaries throughout the state from April 2020 onwards.
