Police to take Disha accused into custody today
The Shadnagar Court granted seven days police custody to Disha accused. After receiving court orders, Cherlapally Central Prison authorities will hand over the accused to police on Thursday. As protesters and supporters of Disha are staging protests every day in front of Cherlapally jail, police have imposed Section 144 in and around the prison premises. From a security point of view, the police reportedly want to interrogate the Disha accused in the prison itself with experts. Disha incident has sparked uproar across the country.
