Another Success For YSRCP Govt in Reverse Tendering - NTv

Andhra Pradesh chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy introduced Reverse Tendering in the state and it is yielding the desired results by saving crores of rupees to the state’s exchequer. It is already a known knowledge that money was saved in Polavaram project and Veligonda tunnel-2 project. Now, a total of Rs 83.8 crores was saved in the purchase of smart phones in the state .
The state government decided to purchase 2,64,920 smart phones for grama and ward volunteers. In the first phase bidding, A1 company quoted a bid for the price of Rs. 317.61 crores and later the state called for reverse tendering. Now, the same company quoted a bid value of Rs. 233.81 crores. The company is going to give warranty for an year and provide master data management for three years. Look into the video for more information.
