The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) employees have called off their 52-day long strike on Monday. After the High Court verdict and keeping the public hurdles in mind, the TSRTC-JAC has decided to call off strike officially. TSRTC Joint Action Committee (JAC) leader Ashwathama Reddy has announced the same and asked all the employees to report for duty from Tuesday at 6 am. He has also requested the temporary drivers, conductors, and other staff not to report for duty as the regular employees have decided to end the strike.
However, CM KCR is yet to decide on the fate of these RTC employees as he said that the state government is not in a position to overcome the economic crisis that surfaced due to a 52-day long strike.
