Oppositions raised a voice against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's visit to Tirumala. BJP alleged that the YSCRP government is working on an anti-Hindu agenda and Christian evangelists were given a free hand in Triupathi. Now, TDP is also stating that the conversions of Hindus to Christianity have been increased in the state after Jagan coming into power.
During sand deeksha, Chandrababu Naidu demanded that a declaration should be given when Jagan pays a visit to Tirumala as he is a Christian. It is all known knowledge that Sonia Gandhi and Abdul Kalam also gave declaration during their visit to Tirumala. However, the ruling party dismissed all these as baseless allegations.
