The apex court Supreme Court made its verdict on the Ayodhya case. It cleared the way for the construction of a Ram Temple at the disputed site at Ayodhya and ordered the Center to allot a 5-acre land to the Sunni Waqf Board for the construction of a mosque.
The Supreme Court said that the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board has failed to prove their exclusive right on the inner courtyard.
There were evidences that Hindus used to worship in the outer courtyard and Hindus consider the disputed site as the birthplace of Lord Ram.
The Supreme Court also said that the 1992 demolition of the 16th century Babri Masjid mosque was a violation of law. Look into the video for more news.
