Infosys shares fall by 16% following complaints against CEO, CFO; probe launched

Infosys has launched an investigation after whistleblowers charges on Infosys CFO Salil Parekh and CEO Nilanjan Roy for unethical practices. Infosys removed CEO and CFO for a fair probe. On Tuesday, Infosys shares fell 16 per cent after complaints of unfair practices followed by IT major for many quarters. In the written complaint to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, whistleblowers alleged that employees were asked not to share large deal information with auditors and not to make key disclosures in regulatory filings.
