AP DGP Gautam Sawang Reacts on Chandrababu's Allegations over Law and order
Andhra Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) Gautam Sawang has rejected allegations made by former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu that police raj is prevailing in the State. The top cop said that law and order in the State are under control and ruled out that he is supporting one particular political party. AP DGP said he is a humble public servant and added that he has to serve the state and people of the state. I do not belong to any political party, the AP DGP said. He has answered the allegation that the police were acting at the behest of the State government. Reacting to that he is not giving an appointment to TDP Chief and TDP leaders, the DGP said he was not available only one time.
