4 Indian-Americans including two Telugus arrested in US for H1B visa fraud - Etv

Four Indian-Americans including two Telugu professionals were arrested in the US for H-1B visa fraud. They were identified as Vijay Mane, Venkataramana Mannam and Fernando Silva from New Jersey while Sateesh Vemuri is from California. According to the Department of Justice, all the four recruited Indians for their 2 staffing companies and later placed them in jobs in the H-1B visa category with fake experience documents. All were released after furnishing 2.5 lakh dollars as surety. If charges proved then they have to undergo five-year imprisonment.
