AP High Court clears line for demolition of Praja Vedika; AG speaks - Tv9

After hearing house motion petition against the demolition of Praja Vedika on Tuesday night, the Andhra Pradesh High Court refused to give an interim order. The High Court agreed with arguments of the Advocate General and allowed demolition of the building. The court adjourned hearing on the petition by two weeks. The Additional AG said that the State government has agreed with the petitioner of collecting funds spent on Praja Vedika construction from former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and ex-Municipal Administration Minister Narayana.
