India vs Afghanistan: Virat Kohli Fined

Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli was fined 25 percent of his match fee for excessive appealing in Saturday's tense World Cup contest against Afghanistan. Kohli has thus breached level 1 of ICC Code of Conduct and was found to infringe Article 2.1 of ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel. Team India captain is also seen speaking to the empire and in the end, has done folding hands act too. Umpires Aleem Dar and Richard Illingworth, third umpire Richard Kettleborough and fourth official Michael Gough have levelled the charges against Kohli.
