IPS officer Stephen Ravindra appointed as AP new Intelligence chief

The AP government appointed IPS officer Stephen Ravindra as new Intelligence chief. At present, he is working as Hyderabad Range IG in Telangana state. Earlier, he served in various capacities in Rayalaseema region. He also worked as Chief Security Officer for former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Stephen has experience in handling anti-terrorist and anti-Maoist activities in united Andhra Pradesh. He will take charge officially after 15 days as Centre has to give nod. Ravindra has good relations with family members of YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
