Former India Cricket Team Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has moved the Supreme Court to seek possession of Rs 1.25 crore penthouse in an Amprapali project. MS Dhoni has argued that the cost of the flat should be seen in the context of Amrapali failing to pay him dues running into several crores. He also alleged that the group also owed him Rs 38.95 crore for his branding and other marketing activities. Mahendra Singh Dhoni entered into various agreements with the Amrapali group to promote the company as its brand ambassador.
