Interacting with students at an event, Sadhguru has tried to motivate them with some health tips and suggestions on stating how food impacts sleep and the performance of a student. He has also suggested the students the food types that can help them stay alert, focused and efficient. He has cited some examples to the students to get rid of unnecessary involvements.
