Padma Awards: Prabhu Deva, Sirivennela, Mohan Lal, Gambhir Awarded

The central government has announced various awards in Padma category and the most prestigious award of this country Bhaat Ratna is awarded to longtime Congress man and former President Pranab Mukharjee. Four people from Telugu states have got Padmasri awards but Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry is mentioned in Telangana category. Chess player Dronavalli Harika, Yadlapally Venkateswar Rao who did service in Agriculture, Foot Ball player Sunil Chettri from Secunderabad are the Padmasri awardess from Telugu states. Mohan Lal, Manoj Bajpai, Gautam Gambhir are also among these awardees.
