The accused in the case of knife attack on YSRCP chief, Jagan, has been produced in Vijayawada court, by National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has already filed a charge-sheet in the case. The court has adjourned the case to February 9th. Meanwhile, lawyers on behalf of the accused, Srinivas Rao, said that NIA is treating the whole case as a conspiracy, which is not fair. There is a writ petition pending in High Court (HC) on the issue between the Centre and State and several pleas of the State government to stop NIA probe have gone unheeded, they said.
