These habits can be stopped if they are warned by doctors, sometimes through fear of consequences or by inspiration. In some exceptional case people overcome bad habits by thinking of their loved ones, like children. How will the children be in future, without the concerned parent etc., might make the elders change their habits. Good and bad habits are the same in the entire world, so one can learn from others, he said.
