Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials have reached the native village of Satyam Babu, who had been acquitted in the Ayesha Meera murder case, after undergoing eight years of jail sentence. They raided his house at Annasagar village of Nandigama mandal in Krishna district, isolated him in a room and began questioning him. They did not allow any media men near the place. The CBI officials are trying to gather evidence in the case from scratch, as the documents related to the incident were burnt by some court clerks.
