Three sisters, Anusha, Annapurna and Bhavani, who were arrested recently from a house at Moulali in Hyderabad by Visakha Police, were trying to spread Maoism in the city. They had connections with other Maoists in Hyderabad and kept an eye on Police moments so as to inform their comrades who are in the field. Annapurna's husband, Krishna is in police custody for his involvement in the 2003 attack on Chandrababu at Alipiri. The Visakha police have urged the court to extend the remand of the sisters.
