Police personnel deployed for security became mute spectators as the organisers were conducting recording dance in which women had danced semi-nude to songs with sexual content. Women groups and people’s organisations have expressed anger over Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Chinna Rajappa for allowing recording dances in his native district.
