US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said that they will start taking an incremental approach to implementing the new VISA rule from 1 October. The new rule could have a major impact on Indians living in the US. USCIS said it will provide all the details on how applicants seeking to stay in the US can review information regarding their period of authorized stay. Under the new rule, USCIS will issue notices to appear (NTA) to people whose visa extension or changes in status have been denied.
