Andhra Pradesh (AP) Planning Board vice-chairman, Kutumba Rao, denied that there were any irregularities in Amaravathi bonds. Reacting to the criticisms of Opposition YSRCP over the bonds, he said that if they are able to get even 0.5 per cent interest rate lower than what the government has fixed, then the Opposition members will be made arrangers. Countering this, YSRCP leader Parthasarathy said he was ready to accept the challenge. But he urged Kutumba Rao to clarify on the G.O. passed for taking loans with low interest rates under CRDA.
