A petition has been filed against the resolution of Telangana Assembly in the Hyderabad High Court. In the petition, it was stated that dissolving the Assembly ahead of nine months of General Election 2019 will affect the development of the state. In the petition, it was also questioned the sanctity of the five years state government disobeying the democratic norms. According to the reports, Rapolu Bhaskar is the petitioner who raised his voice questioning the constitutional norms of the state government. The Court will take the proceedings on Tuesday, it is learned.
