Earthquake: Woman trapped under rubble for 2 days pulled out alive

A 21-year-old woman, Nadia, who was trapped under rubble for over 48 hours, after a 6.9 strong earthquake struck Lombok area in Indonesia, was pulled out alive by rescuers. The devastating earthquake left a trail of damage, destroying thousands of buildings and leaving an equal number of tourists strandered. Neighbours heard the victim's cries for help from the mangled concrete and alerted rescuers, who used their hands to clear debris in a desperate bid to reach her. She was shopping at the minimart in Pemenang when the earthquake hit on Sunday night.
