How many litres of Water should we actually Drink?

Water is one of the most important factors in maintaining the circulation system in body and it is generally advised that at least four litres of water should be consumed by an individual daily. Nephrologist Bhushan Raju said that an individual maintains good health if he or she is able to expel body waste through one and half litres of urine daily. For that, Bhushan Raju explained that the amount of water needed for passing out one and half litres of urine depends on climate and several other conditions and advised to take water depending on the thirst factor.
